EchoPark Speedway, formerly Atlanta Motor Speedway, is a historic 1.54-mile (2.48 km) quad-oval NASCAR Cup Series track located in Hampton, Georgia, about 30 miles south of Atlanta. Opened in 1960, the venue has been a staple of the Cup Series ever since, hosting two major races each year—including the Quaker State 400—and playing host to legendary moments in NASCAR history. In recent years, a 2021 repave and reconfiguration increased the banking to 28 degrees, creating superspeedway-style, high-speed, close-quarters racing with frequent lead changes and dramatic finishes. In 2025, the iconic facility was renamed EchoPark Speedway under a multi-year naming rights partnership, bringing a fresh identity while preserving its reputation for thrilling stock car competition on one of NASCAR’s most challenging intermediate ovals.
